After reading one page of the intro, I clearly see the path forward. Now I will read rest.

What path forward? Turn office buildings, which will soon be basically abandoned luxury useless spaces (like China’s ghost cities) into environmentally attractive work spaces complete with perimeter vegetation, interior relaxation, rooftop playgrounds, daytime nurseries and vast virtual play rooms occupied by masses of crafts men and women, makers, creators who will do what AI either cannot do or simply thinks it’s beneath them to do.

These communal workspaces will have all the HAND TOOLS” one could possibly want to “borrow,” and ground levels will be “creative Bespoke crafts, havens/permanent fairs for the 40% of the population that will still have J.O.B.S.. and real MONEY. I guess there will also be banks that turn the Crypto earned in barter by the craftsmen and women as well as vast (nap rooms” where the true heroes of the century, the woodworkers, welders, artists, potters, weavers, and ???? can chill and dream up new cool things to sell to the aristocratic “Promptarians”.
